The 76ers finally got their first win last night in a 85-77 win over the Timberwolves. The Sixers had five players score in double figures, including Michael Carter-Williams with 20 pts, 9 assists and 9 rebounds.
The Wolves bench completly imploded with no one scoring in double figures and two players put up goose eggs. The Sixers didn’t have to break the league record, but still have that number one draft pick in their sites.
In last night’s Charlotte Hornets-Chicago Bulls game, Lance Stephenson put up his first 20 point game in 19 games so far this season. The Bulls still prevailed with a 102-95 win as the Hornets bench failed to spark. But we did get to see Kemba Walker shake Nikola Mirotic to the ground.
